What’s the difference between Lite and Team?
Lite is for solo sellers running their own CS: one user, one marketplace, single voice that learns from your edits over time. $29/mo flat. Team is for everyone else, with no user minimum: per-rep voice profiles, Voice Fit dashboard, per-store KB scoping, and the ability to add more marketplaces. $59/user/month, first marketplace included, +$29/mo per additional. Natural triggers to upgrade from Lite to Team are inviting a second teammate, selling on a second marketplace, or wanting per-rep voice consistency.
How does the model learn my shop’s voice?
Every time your reps approve a draft, edit it before sending, or refine your KB, the model gets a corrective signal specific to your company. Over weeks of real usage the drafts converge on your team’s actual tone, your common policies, and your edge cases. This is per-company and never trained into a shared model.
Do you store customer messages?
Only when you click Draft. We never read marketplace pages in the background. Drafts and the customer messages they reply to are stored against your account so you can review history and so the model can learn your voice over time.
Does the AI learn from my data?
On a per-company basis, yes. Your team’s approvals and edits train a voice that fits your shop. We do not train shared models on your data, and our AI provider does not retain prompts for training under our agreement.
Are drafts really uncapped?
Yes. We charge per seat, not per draft. Use it on every customer message if you want. Fair-use applies for unusual abuse but there is no published cap and no overage billing on Lite or Team.
What if I sell on more than one marketplace?
Your first marketplace is included in Lite and Team. Additional marketplaces are $29/mo each on Team, available as we ship them. eBay is live today; more on the roadmap. Custom plan for 5+ marketplaces.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — flip the Monthly/Yearly toggle above to see annual pricing. You get 2 months free (~17% off): Lite is $290/year ($24/mo effective), Team is $590/user/year ($49/user/mo effective). Cancel anytime and we refund unused months prorated.
What about refunds?
If something on our end breaks, we prorate honestly. Outside that, fees are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial is there so you can decide before paying.
